When you have a question or a need related to the Summer Creek community, the Board of Directors is ready to help you.

HOA Board of Directors is comprised of five members tasked to manage the business and affairs of the Summer Creek community. The president is the main contact and may refer to other committees or groups to respond to homeowner or others requests. René Swift is the President of the Board of Directors. The Architecture Review Committee has four members tasked to manage requests for improvements to properties and conduct annual reviews for exterior maintenance and repairs within the Summer Creek community.

The Landscape Maintenance group has four members and is tasked with assuring the common areas and property meets the Summer Creek HOA expectations for a clean, well-groomed community.

The Hospitality and Welcoming group has five members and provides a welcome packet to new residents in the community.
